Goldenrest Adjustable Bed

Satisfied with the store, there was an initial delay with the shipping of the order for bed rails but once we called and spoke to the Rep the delivery was vey quick.  The person I spoke with was very helpful and made sure the order was processed and sent follow up emails.

Placed order June 25th now July 14th called customer service just get a tape message wish I had checked in to this store before buying from them I got to someone by calling sales get the run around told I should have gotten it a week ago I ask for tracking number they didn’t have it so ask then how did they know I was supposed to have received it a week ago don’t buy from this store. The good reviews for this store look phony to me.

I'm sorry to say that I can't review the product. I ordered it on line April 7th, got a confirmation April 8th that promissed delivery in 7 to 10 days, and I still haven't rec'd it. I've called during business hours only to be transferred to voice mail. I left several messages. Finally talked to someone who couldn't find my order, then said he was going to call the manufacturer and email a "tracking number" to me in "15 minutes" that was six hours ago...still nothing. Meanwhile they've already charged my credit card. If your counting on getting this bed for an elderly relative like I am, you really should consider this story. I only wish I could get a straight answer from somebody there.

How did we ever sleep on a regular mattress set. Our adjustable bed has helped our health, sleep habits, and we now spend more time in bed, which has other benefits. Love this bed. Thanks
