I spent hours looking at different on-line stores to replace my worn out umpire equipment, and clothes. The range and completeness of clothing and equipment for umpires was very good. One or two items, such as a Field Umpire's cap, weren't available in all colors that are commonly in use, but that was more than compensated for by items that I wouldn't have expected that were available (e.g., a two-stitch Plate Umpire's cap). I placed an order for patent leather umpire shoes online. The order went through only to find out later that would not be available until end of this year (Dec 2008). I consider that poor relationship. Nothing was offered to me as a qualified replacement nor was anything offered for my wasted effect. It would have been find if I was told online prior to the purchase that they were not available, but to make me go through the process of checkout is unnecessary.  I would not shop here again	Author's Rating:

I had to return an original purchase and order a different model. The service was very good, and the replacement arrived very promptly. I mailed back the original item, and am still waiting to make sure my credit card is credited for the return. They should be able to do that in the next couple of days.
