A Day in the Life of a Coloring Book...it's Scarier Than You Think!

The Bottom Line: Another great book from Chris Van Allsburg that tweaks everyday objects and makes them something you've never seen before.
Review: I've been a fan of Chris Van Allsburg's books for about five years now...since a friend introduced them to me. You've probably read, or at least heard about "The Polar Express" and "Jumanji," two beautifully illustrated, but totally different books...

Good Book...Must read to appreciate

The Bottom Line: A good book, but a quirky story. Not for all, but worth a test drive. Must be read in full to be appreciated.
Review: Bad Day at Riverbend is a book that must be read in full to appreciate it. Perusing the text and illustrations in the book store does not do it justice.
