The best point and shoot for the money

The Bottom Line: This camera continues to surprise me with its features and quality of pictures and that's a good indication that it was a great purchase.
Review: If you are looking for a quality digital camera at a great price, this is the one.

Let my days of research be your guide. I'll sum up everything I found, before purchasing and after the purchase and hopefully you'll be better off for it!...

WE LOVE this camera!

Review: We had to replace our old Olympus after beating the heck out of it for almost 5 years. We researched for months and even bought a Nikon and a Kodak to try. We ended up returning them. The Nikon gave all the pix a blue hue AND both of the cameras...

Great Camera. 5x zoom and 5mp. $220 Hard to Beat.

Review: Got camera at Office Max for $220 which included a free Epson printer. I have tested many cameras during 2005..this was the best deal by far.

Olympus C5500 Review
2/5 stars
The Olympus C5500 does a great job when it comes to taking pictures. The quality is good. Unfortunately the video's don't come out as great. The video's come out very fuzzy, and sometimes unclear. I would recommend this to someone who only cared to take pictures. I'm not impressed by it. Pros: picture quality is good Cons: Video Quality, Not so bulky, all cameras should have a universal data cable
