The unit has a two-step preinfusion cycle that moistens and conditions the ground coffee for maximum flavor extraction with perfect cream topping. An integrated professional conical burr grinder with six fineness settings grinds beans from fine to coarse, for all beans from light to dark. The coffee spout's height easily adjusts to let you brew into small espresso cups or standard size mugs without splashing. Makes from 1 oz to 16 oz of coffee. The 64 oz removable water container is good for 40 espressos or 12 cups of coffee at a time. The 10 oz bean container grinds up to 40 portions before needing to be refilled. Includes a separate funnel for pre-ground coffee. The unit has an 18-bar power pump with 1350 watt ThermoCoil heating system to provide fast, continuous action with only 30 seconds of initital heat-up time.
