Coby Puts out a Good Product

The Bottom Line: I would say that the Coby was adequate for my needs.
Review: I received the Coby MP3 as a gift. This is my first MP3 Player and I found it to be everything that I expected.

Product hard to use.
There was a note in the package that said customer service there to help that was wrong. The customer service person was rude, not helpful at all, and even hung up on me...
