Review: I recently purchased online a Comfort Aire Dehumidifier BHD-501. After a couple of days I thought it was not working properly. With the humistat set at 55 it would quickly (within a minute or less)show the humidity at 50% and the machine would shut...

Stay away from the Comfort-Aire BHD-501!

Review: Purchased from a local chain department store, the first unit lasted only a few months before failing (leaky compressor/condensor unit)...Heat Controller here in Michigan supposedly made the units...actually it's the Chinese LG company that makes...
