I really appreciate the new take on indoor grills that sets the Cuisinart Griddler apart from other products of its type. I've had a few slip-ups with it but aside from user-error, I really find this indoor grill convenient and easy to use for cooking a wide range of things. Pros: Specific temperatures make cooking meats easy., Changing panels makes for easy cleaning Cons: Spillway on both panels can let things slip away., Panels take some getting used to changing out.
