In this sequel to CLICK, CLACK, MOO: COWS THAT TYPE, Farmer Brown's mischievous animals are up to more verbal pranks. Brown must leave town, and he leaves his brother, Bob, in charge, warning him to watch out for Duck. When sly, witty Duck has success with a note he leaves for Bob requesting pizza, the other animals pen their own requests--and poor Bob thinks his brother left all these notes! The Bottom Line: A forced story based on a terrific premise. Still a good read for a young child but expect to explain some happenings.
Review: Why are sequels always such a disappointment? I always expect a movie sequel to be disappointing (and am seldom wrong) but a book? A children?s book no less? That is exactly how I feel about Giggle, Giggle, Quack by Doreen Cronin.

The Bottom Line: I wasn't as thrilled with this as my kids, but they liked it and that is what is important.
