Harper's will be Bazaar unless You Want Nudity on Your Coffee Table

The Bottom Line: This is a decent magazine for its genre. Much more down to earth than Vogue or Elle.
Review: I got a promotion for 5 free magazines. One magazine I chose to subscribe to for one year is Harper's Bazaar. My familiarity with this magazine was limited to doctors' offices and flipping through it at the gym.

Review: I was surprised that the price of Harper's Bazaar was so reasonable given it's thickness, paper quality, and it's very "air" of sophistication. It didn't take long to see the reason: Avertising! I found this magazine to be FULL OF IT, in more ways...

The Bottom Line: I recommend this as an infrequent purchase - not a monthly subscription.
Review: This is my second year of receiving Harper's Bazaar as a free subscription (a trade for airline miles.) It is not a Magazine I would spend my own money on although I do look at every page and read some of the articles.
