Cheap noisy fan.

The Bottom Line: I wouldn't go for the cheapest fan offered. Possibly midrange at the least. But I'd look for one where the transformers aren't quiet out in the open.
Review: (Update 7-6-2006- A few things to add including some answers to some comments.
1. Rain. Perhaps the worst fan to handle ran in that while there hasn't been a short yet, it's one of the few window fans I know of that will suck that rain right in...

Review: My wife had this fan when we got married a couple of years ago and I didn't like it at all.The Holmes twin window has no power at all.The thermostat broke.Plastic fans cannot move much air.
