The Bottom Line: If you have other options for prepaid cell phones, try them first. Virgin Mobile has proven far more reliable and offers Internet/Email access.
Review: For years, Tracfone offered the only pre-paid cell phone service in Vermont, so I purchased four of their Nokia Prepaid Cellphones. The only phone we still own is blue for my daughter because it is her favorite color and because it was a gift.
