Seiko's Heavyweight

The Bottom Line: A great entry-level luxury watch to love for the build quality and looks, but don't use the stopwatch for more than fun, and be prepared to deal with it's weight.
Review: I chose this watch as a Christmas present 2 years ago. I was driven by its stylish design and chronograph feature, powered by Seiko s patented Kinetic movement.

Long-term reliability of Kinetic movement has not be satisfactory

Review: I purchased a Seiko Kinetic Titanium about 7 years ago. After about 3.5 years, the "storage cell" began to fail and the watch would not maintain a charge. The cell was replaced for $100 by Seiko's US service arm, Coserv. Two years later, same thing...

Review: I won this watch in a silent auction...for $175...so looking around the web it was almost giveaway price. Easy to use, sturdy watch. big buttons, easy to use crown. Sized a little small for big guys, consider one or two links additional.
