Plus, the HDR-SR5 camcorder is compatible with memory cards so you can take photos in 2304 x 1296 pixel resolution. With Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround sound, the HDR-SR5 is also equipped with a 2.7" touch screen for precise focus.

No Software! Only Sony software! Bounded with Sony software!!

Review: Good picture but you have a BIG PROBLEM, the only way you can see your movies are through Sony's "Motion Picture Program" and you can't change that to any regularly used programs, i.e., mpeg, etc.. You have to spend hundreds more to see your movies...

Review: I bought this one in Dec 08, 07. I have been using this since then for my son's different activities as he is just 5 months old. Its very easy to use and the battery life seems to be very good. HD shots are so good and great. I loved this.
