Great Picture Initially, Horrible Customer Service

The Bottom Line: Technology is great, so if you want to take a chance on it lasting, get it. But be absolutely sure to get the extended warranty.

The Bottom Line: I'm satisfied with this Sony for the obvious reason of wanting a great HDTV picture. I'm just unhappy with its engineering in regards to the timer feature.
Review: The picture quality is wonderful so far, and as it is a Sony, we bought with full confidence that it was still a top of the line in brand name and quality (just as the salesman stated).
