The MDR-RF915RK is a wireless stereo headphone system that utilizes 900MHz radio frequencies to provide up to a 150 foot range for uninterrupted listening while moving around living quarters or even outside. The cordless design lets the user enjoy music or TV sound without disturbing anyone else. Three transmission channels are available to help ensure optimum signal reception. A convenient sliding selector control is on the side of the transmitter. Connection of the transmitter to a TV, VCR or audio systems is simple using the supplied connecting cord and plug adapter. The over-the-ear headphone supplied with the MDR-RF915RK is lightweight and can be worn comfortably for hours on end. The supplied rechargeable battery automatically recharges when the headphone is placed on the transmitter. Automatic power switches conserves battery life - the receiver turns on when sensing an input signal, and the headphones turn on when placed on the head.
