The Targus Universal Notebook Docking Station with Video is the first USB based docking station with true video output capabilities. This One Touch interface allows users to quickly and easily connect to an external monitor, keyboard, Ethernet, mouse, printer, speakers or other devices in a manner of seconds. This product is also the first docking station to allow users to connect through a single USB connection. The Universal Docking Station provides greater flexibility to commercial users and consumers because it is not notebook platform dependent. It provides a low cost alternative to traditional OEM docking stations and port replicators.

Worst Product ever

The Bottom Line: Stay away from it, spend little bit more money and get a better product. It is not worth to even give it a try.
Review: I bought for this docking station for my Fujitsu laptop for around $50. Price seemed reasonable however when i received the product it looked so cheap in the material and quality. Even this price, it is still expensive for what it does.

Not The Answer to Desktop Conversion

Review: I agree with the other reviewers. The video capabilities are sluggish and the audio for my surround sound system didn't fit the bill for my new Dell Inspiron 9300. I guess it's not as universal as I originally thought. It too is going back.
