The 12 cup Food Processor has a number of discs and blades for all of your chopping, grinding, slicing, dicing and mixing needs. Cut slices of carrots, zucchini or onion from 1 mm to 6 mm all with the same disc. The adjustable slicing disc can be used for slicing thick or thin slices of your favorite vegetables. Use the adjustable shredding disc for medium to fine shredding of carrots, zucchinis, apples and more, just by flipping it over. One side is for medium shredding and the other is for fine. The new designs of these valuable discs make the 12-Cup Food Processor and all its parts easy to store. The large and small stainless blades can me used for anything from chopping to dicing, grinding and even mincing.
