Good clean fun

I have to say that I have not seen the 1999 version of this film, but I absolutely love this version which I consider the Carole Burnett version. Burnett is perfect as Miss Hannigan, the sex starved lush. I enjoy all the acting in this film, but to me this part makes the film. She is hilarious. She is mean, but not so much so that you hate her.
The characters are fabulous. There is Punjab, the somewhat scary bodyguard. There is the gruff, but loveable Daddy Warbucks. There is the kindly Miss Farrell. There is Molly, the adorable youngest orphan. The is Rooster, the "reprobate" and his ditsy "dumb hotel" girlfriend. And of course there is the tough, but vulnerable Annie. This makes for a full and diverse cast.
I love the songs in this film. I go around for days singing them after each viewing. The dancing is great as well.
This film has it all. It is a love story. It is a musical. There is action. It is just good clean family fun. Go out and rent it today or better yet buy it for years of family fun.
