Good hub if you can get it cheap

Pros: Good layout, feels sturdy, Belkin name, includes AC adapter

Cons: Too expensive, like almost all USB hubs (do they seriously think it's worth 30 USD?)

Like almost all USB hubs, this unit is overpriced at MSRP, but if like me you're fortunate enough to find one on sale half of or on clearance, it's a sturdy unit. 3 of the 4 expansion ports are on the opposite side of the unit from the host port, a feature I find sadly lacking in most other USB hubs. This makes clean cable routing much easier. The 4th port is on top of the unit and faces vertically. Clearly this was intended to be used for connection of temporary devices such as flash drives or mp3 players. May or may not be a pro depending on your needs. Unit also comes with an AC adapter which is a plus if you will be powering several devices or any high-draw devices.
