The Bottom Line: Very impressive as a gift; if all need is just a close shave, look elsewhere.

Not a Close Shave

The Bottom Line: Despite a good cleaning system, this razor just doesn't cut it ... literally. The shave I get is barely passable, and a lot of trouble for the end result.
Review: I waited a couple of years to get this shaver. I've been shaving for 30 years. To me, it looked like the perfect blend of form and function, at least as far as shaving is concerned.

Unbelievably Close Electric Shave!

The Bottom Line: Incredibly-close electric shave with a touch that is particularly gentle to sensitive skin. Blade-like closeness; when self-cleaning function is used--like using a new shaver every day.

Amazing Electric Shaver

The Bottom Line: If you want an amazing shave with no mess, the Activator 8595 does the trick. The hygienic Clean&Renew system and the advanced foil make this razor a pleasure to use.

Best Shave I've Ever Had (sensitive skin)
