It's Quite a Breakout

Pros: Great lyrics and fun beats.

Cons: I can't really think of any cons for this album. It's awesome.

The Bottom Line: I would recommend that everyone at least give this album a try. The songs are very catchy and the lyrics are great.

For the record, before this album came out I had never fallen into the "Miley Mania" that seemed to take over the world. I do have to say, however, now that I own this album I honestly can not quit listening to it. The songs are upbeat and poppy, but very enjoyable.

Most of the songs are clearly targeted to a younger audience, but at least a handful can be enjoyed by nearly everyone. Miley's voice is amazing, and it seems like all of the songs on this album were made for her voice. The song that really caught my attention and pushed me towards purchasing this album was "These Four Walls". The song hasn't been released as a single, but it's my personal favorite. The lyrics are amazing, and though I would prefer someone who has a little more life experience to sing it, Miley did an amazing job with it.

Other tracks on this album that I really enjoyed were "See You Again" and "7 Things". I've heard remixes of these two at many college parties, so when asked if I think this album is a true "breakout", I would have to say that yes it definitely is.
