Brinkmann Smoke n Grill charcoal/electric

Review: I used it twice and threw it away--money wasted. The biggest flaw is the absence of any temperature control. Serious barbeque--which is what I bought it for--cooks at 200-225 degrees. This thing roars along at about 375. That might work for poultry,...

No sweat smoking.

The Bottom Line: If you want easy to use, predictable, good result with no worry everytime, and you want smoked foods, buy this one.
Review: After you start smoking, you can forget it for four hours, then you need to add water. Other than that, there's nothing to do. Absolutely easy, carefree, smoking.

The grilling just doesn't have enough heat to sear, but will cook a steak...
