Monster Hunter: Playstation 2

Date of Review:  Aug 29, 2006
The Bottom Line: I reccommend this game to those who're looking for a good challenge and great experience. Also, for those who can't afford MMORPG prices.
Review: Low and Behold Capcom Entertainment bringing us back the days when Wyverns' ruled over mid-evil land, as simple village folk stay in their huts, cowering in fear and clutching onto their loved ones, so they're not snatched away and digested faster...

A Hunter's Lament.

Date of Review:  Nov 18, 2006
The Bottom Line: My armor and weapons temper my skill and resolve against those that I hunt, and save me from they that would try to hunt me!!!
Review: I have played World of Warcraft. I have just now played Phantasy Star Universe online. I must say that I have found myself returning to Monster Hunter as the last bastion of gaming goodness left on this Earth. It's not that the game itself has no...

Online Role-Playing, Without the Monthly Fee

Date of Review:  Sep 4, 2005
The Bottom Line: I strongly suggest you rent Monster Hunter first, there's no guarantee you'll like it.
Review: Monster Hunter is a game that you will either love or hate. It's been trashed by critics and gamers alike, but it still has a loyal fan base. So is this game really worth the money or is it just another shoddily put together title?

The...

Monster Hunter: Most Underrated Game of 2004

Date of Review:  Mar 30, 2006
The Bottom Line: Tired of playing games that seem like a rehash of old spin-offs of yesteryear? Monster Hunter's that breath of fresh air. However, it's not for the gamer faint at heart.
Review: Gameplay: A bit awkward at first due to it's originality.
Graphics: Beautiful and stunning comes to mind; however, lag online can be at times annoying, but yet not frustrating.
Audio: Quaint; no extreme fanfare here, but unique.
