I'm a student pilot, used to flying C150's, C172's and Piper Cherokees (PA140).
This thing feels like I'm flying a Cessna. I got this and
the CH products rudder pedals and it works wonderfully well.
I've noticed a slight stickyness on the pitch axis, but that seems to be reducing over time - I think it's just because it's new. The buttons are well placed and easy to reach and under Windows XP, automatically assign with FlighSim 2004.
I can't really think of anything else to say - I'm using this to brush up on my flying skills as you can do everything with this that you do with the yoke in a real Cessna.
Throttle, Prop, and Mixture work well, so do the flaps and landing gear buttons. There is an elevator trim (top of left yoke) and rudder trim (top of right yoke) rocker as well.
If you're into civil aviation, this is the control for you - GET THE RUDDER PEDALS TOO!
The attachment nuts for mounting it to a desktop are a mild concern. They stick down a bit - I can still slide my keyboard out from under my desk on it's tray, but it's hard to reach some of the buttons. They also feel like they'll snap off the plastic if tightened too much.
