The Bottom Line: Great product, highly recommend especially for mom/dads that like to walk, good protection of child with raincover
I found this in a family owned baby store and haven't seen it on any other mega stores. I had previously bought the Playtex Hammock Hipster and tried it but didn't like it so I returned it. I felt the baby wasn't very well protected and my daughter just didn't like it. She was crying and the time I strapped her in and I had more stress using it than not. Although at that time she was only about 3 months old. A few months later I realized I still needed one as my baby is outgrowing the Baby Bjorn and she still wanted to be held. I couldn't hold her with only one hand even when she was on my hips. By chance I found this Combi carrier and I was attracted to the packaging immediately. I have never bought this brand before so I took a risk and wanted to try it out. Boy, it was one of the best decisions I made. When I opened it up, (I chose the red one with the yellow and black as my other choices) I loved the material and it was easy to figure out and put onto my body. I immediately put my daughter in and she did not make a peep. The shoulder strap was great and I was surprised to open an attached raincoat that came with it. It covers the baby's head and protected the arms. On a rainy day when your baby is 20lbs, pushing a stroller and holding an umbrella at the same time is not easy. I loved this so much I have been showing it to all my friends with babies. For about $40, it was definitely a great deal and well worth it. The max lb. is 35 so I have some ways to go.
Also folds back into a waist fanny pack and doesn't look tacky. Great for both Moms and Dads and even sitters.
