Crochet World Review

When I first bought this magazine, i thought it was super. And it was...a couple years back.

Gradually, however, the patterns have gone further and further downhill and you'd be lucky at best to find one or two patterns that actually look like something you'd be proud to display.

I will admit, the designers do put a lot of time and effort into making thier patterns and they deserve to be proud but that doesn't mean every pattern is magazine worthy, or correct. Several times I've tried some of the better patterns only to discover that there were missprints. Luckily I've crocheted for many years and can improvise but there are many out there who might not be able to do the same.

It's not a terrible magazine...it just needs to get back to some of those patterns that people really want to make.
