Best Bread Machine We've Had

We've enjoyed making bread over the years and have gone from scratch baking to machine. This is our 3rd and has the best features and does the best job so far. I was especially pleased to find low carb breads in the excellent recipe book which came with it (turn the manual over and read from the back). Although not the quickest breads to assemble, the low carbs are almost a complete meal in themselves and great for a breakfast on the run, as they stay with you for a few hours.

We've had the machine about 7 months and most loaves have turned out evenly and delicious. It gives you choices in crust, size and loaf and dough varieties. It beeps 5 times when it's time for add-ins, 6 beeps when you may remove the paddle...a great innovation.

I do miss the warming cycle for bringing ingredients to the proper temp, but I use the microwave with the temp probe to do so and it's not much of a bother. I also find placing the bread pan in the machine rather awkward and often have to rotate the paddle mechanism to allow it to seat more easily. I am expecting that to be the eventual failure of the machine, but so far so good. I do recommend the machine.
