great grill for the money

I recently purchased this grill mainly because my requirements were something that can cook more than 2 hamburgers and to be electrical because our apt. complex doesn't allow gas or charcoal grills on the patios.

This one was the biggest size and so far it has passed the test well.
So far I've used it to cook chicken - unlike the Foreman grill this one doesn't drain all the fat and completely dry the end product, the grill stays flat and some of the juices stay on the meat.

It has a drip pan which collects the excess fat. I wouldn't mind the drip pan being taller but so far it has done a good job.

The grill can be flipped from one side for grilling and to a flat surface on the other side, which can be used for many things. Today for example I made crepes on it and while the round shape doesn't come out quite well, I was able to get a good semi-round one that was pretty good. Of course on the flat surface you can cook all the usual suspects - bacon, eggs, heat bread, etc.

I also believe it is stick resistant - has a teflon or some similar coating on it. Depends on which way you're looking at it - upside means that your meat doesn't stick, downside is that you have to use plastic or wooden utensils to flip the food.

The temperature regulator shows: warm, slow, mid, high, sear. There is really no temp. designations so that is a bit sketchy.

Cleaning it has been easy - so far just scrubbed it in the sink with hot water making sure that the part where the regulator plugs in is on top. Even when submersed in water I don't think it will cause problems as long as there is a proper drying period afterward.

All in all this has been quite an useful grill. I can see where there could be a problem with splatter cooking inside but if you watch the temperature place it on the right spot (I put mine on the stove when inside) it works very well.
