Its a nice crib with horrible customer service

Pros: Style is nice, looks beautiful when assembled, sturdy, nice side railing/drop side. Nice drawer underneath.

Cons: Customer service, reodering parts is a pain.

We got two of these for our twins and needed something nice but not "sleigh" style or too large. We love the color and studiness but some of the pieces (headboard) were sligtly warped. Thank God my hubby can fix it since the Million Dollar Baby company has NEVER returned my calls. We also bought the chifferobe but it has not arrived yet. Hopefully we won't have any further problems.
The drawers are nice.
My husband was thoroughly upset with the assembling instructions- backwards from the actual mechanics of the bed. Otherwise a nice crib- just a weird company to deal with!
