Wow

My husband and I bought a delta crib from delta enterprises. The particular model is delta love we got this 2 in one crib and our son barley grabbed the side slipped and his head went through the side. He is only 17 months old. This crib is very fragile when it comes to the bars surrounding it. They seem to be made out of something less than solid wood as it describes. We also noticed that only 3 months of use although we took very good care of this crib we noticed cracks in the frame where the wood was getting ready to split at any time. This crib was in my opinion poorly made and mass produced. It was cheaply constructed and sold throughout many stores way past its warranty date. It was very unsafe for our son and our experience with it was not very well. We bought this crib because we thought it would be nice in our sons room and come to find out it turned out to be the worst nightmare in the world. We will never consider buying delta products ever again. If we were to have to recommend a crib we would have to do a lot of research before expressing how we feel. We know that Delta would definitely not be an option. Also due to there poor customer service and showing no interest in taking care of the matter in a timely fashion and no customer service skills or management around during business hours.
