Bought my combo unit in 9/2003. In 11/2003 the heating element for the dryer broke. Eurotech paid to have it fixed.

In 1/2004 it began making a terrible noise. Eurotech paid to have it fixed.

In 5/2004 it caught on fire. Eurotech gave me a new unit.

In 1/2005 the new unit caught on fire. Eurotech paid to have it fixed.

In 5/2005 the blower malfunctioned, Eurotech paid to have it fixed.

My warranty has now expired.... l

11/29/05 The unit has malfunctioned, again! The circuit board, which caught fire on 2 previous occasions has burned out, although with less drama than before.

11/11/05 Factory has agreed to replace entire unit (again). However the new unit didn't arrive until 12/15/05.

12/28/05 The board blew out in the new unit. Am requesting my money back. Went to bbb.org (Better Business Bureau) and found that this company has a bad rating.

1/2006 Eurotech agreed to replace my Combo with a washer only. I didn't want another combo, so I accepted.

12/2008 The washer only unit died. I'm going to trash it and buy a different brand.
