Attractive design, but unreliable

I bought this mouse because I liked the button layout and styling, but the reliability of this product is awful. The first one lasted about a week before the scroll wheel began to malfunction. A replacement mouse was received from the dealer I bought it from no questions asked. About a month after I received the replacement it's scroll wheel began to malfunction too. I contacted the manufacturer and their reply was your typical automated form letter...we're sorry for your inconvenience, if you send your product to our service center we can diagnose it... No thanks. How about making a product that lasts???
