Pros: LX 4.6-V8 best choice. Excellent handling superb comfort; luxurious roomy interior

Cons: low-end torque; 215X15 tires;

The Bottom Line: Final answer: get this car with the V8 or SuperCoupe. You'll be glad you own a MN-12 chassis T-Bird!

The car: 1994 LX 4.6V8 has 110,000 miles. The car is practically perfect in every way.

V8 powerplant gives this car the verve it needs to move its 3600lb chassis. The car rides wonderfully! Leather seats are luxurious. All controls are right at your finger-tips, the main console is angled toward the driver for easy accessibility.

Car comes standard with full power; automatic climate control; 4wheel ABS disc brakes; rear window defogger.

Options on this car are: integrated telephone; limited slip 3.55:1 rear differential; power sunroof; JBL sound system.

Modifications made are: K&N air filter; custom performance computer chip; upgraded exhaust; MotorCraft SVO 9mm spark plug wires; underdrive pulleys.

Performance at track: 1/4mile 14.8 sec @ 98mph.
Clocked time: 0-60 6.2sec

Gas mileage: hot-rodding: 18mpg
Gas mileage: cruise 70mph: 26mpg
Gas mileage city/hi-way mix: 22mpg

Large trunk area accommodates my golf clubs AND LUGGAGE!
Very roomy interior (though rear passenger area tight).
8way power seat adjusts to any driving positon for extreme comfort.
