The Bottom Line: I do like the Frigidaire 31 in. GLEC30S8 Electric Cooktop, but it has some serious problems.

Definitely Not an Appliance for a Fraternity

The Bottom Line: Not for serious cooks or lax house cleaners.
Review: The salesman said it was easy to clean -- just wipe it off with a damp sponge. My wife bought it...literally.

Warning: Ceramic tops shatter easily! Not warrantied!

Review: Before you buy a Frigidaire ceramic stove, know that the tops can break easily. My daughter leaned on mine and the top shattered. The stove is just three months old, and Frigidaire won't cover it under warranty because it's "customer-caused"...
