ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL, AND PUSH BUTTONS NEVER WORKED AFTER ONLY ONE MONTH!

I will never and I mean never buy a Frigidaire product again after my experience with purchasing 3 dishwashers in 4 years. First I bought the model a step down from this one 4 years ago and figured it was a fluke that after one year the electrical control panel burnt out. Well I purchased the same one (stainless steel) for our house less than 2 years ago only because it matched our other appliances. Well not even a year later, it happens again and again and again! Frigidaire had me deal with out of the country customer service reps that I couldn't understand and they couldn't care less the way I was treated. They said I had to use their appliance repair shops for service for the warranty to pick up the labor/parts. They referred me to appliance repair shops that were rude, didn't call back or show up when they said they would or that would try and charge me even though it was supposedly "covered". After 6 burnt out control panels, and numerous hours spent off work and not to mention at least 30 telephone calls complaining they agreed to "review my dishwasher for replacement". Once again though they wanted someone for the SEVENTH time to come out and look at the dishwasher and deem it non-repairable! Not to mention each time it needed this part which I have since learned is common for this dishwasher, THEY NEVER CARRY IT IN STOCK. So another 10 telephone calls later (by the way the only time I would get a supervisor was from out of the country and didn't do anything) they agreed to let me purchase another one of their dishwashers with a 60% rebate. Unfortunately, because I didn't want to spend another penny on a dishwasher I bought this model which I figured is new and upgraded so maybe this one will be okay (I bought the model pictured above). It was okay alright for about 1 month and then the same thing - I could not use the control buttons and the cycle would flash ERROR. The dishwasher worked as expected up until this point but is that really important when it took only 4 weeks to break down for the same reason. The entire thing shut down! Not to mention I had to straighten out through another 10 calls that my rebate/refund still was not sent. Then the rep at Frigidaire stated that I needed my old serial number sticker to get the rebate (no one told me that I was only told to fax the invoice in). Luckily I saved it, but they will do anything and everything not to pay for a new one. I am lucky I agreed to buy the 5 year warranty through Howards Appliances because after a week's worth of calls and a visit from their repair technician and they are replacing my unit. Needless to say it won't be a Frigidaire! I am purchasing a Maytag. They didn't even stock the control panel for this unit. So $2,000 later I hope to be finally rid of this nightmare! I tried to explain at length all the details because I bought 3 dishwashers from them with the same problem. These should be recalled!
