Very poorly designed unit

This is the worst major appliance I have ever owned. And this is the SECOND unit (they replaced the first after the same problem caused a frayed wire and actually created sparks!)

The problem is the oven doors. They are extremely heavy and the hinges do not support them. Hence, there is now a yawning gap between the door and the unit. The lower oven's gap is huge and the self cleaning feature will not even work as a result. The upper oven is not as bad, but still does not close tightly.

This means that to cook something, I have to set the heat about 100 degrees higher because the heat loss is enormous. Yes, I am actively looking to replace this with another brand!

I also agree with the other comment listed here--these ovens are VERY noisy and blow air constantly.
