It's good for chicken breasts.

My friend has this grill, and made boneless, skinless chicken breasts for me for dinner. I was very impressed, they were moist and tasty and cooked fast. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts tend to dry out when making them on a regular BBQ grill or in the oven. I was also impressed by the larger cooking surface, which is needed for large meals for my hungry family. The smaller George Foreman grills seemed to never have enough cooking surface for me to buy one. This was a major factor in my purchase. I went out and purchased this grill the next day.
I tried hamburgers on this and got the "thumbs down" from my husband. They were juicy and moist, but it's just not the same taste as on the propane grill. This is basically a glorified electric skillet, don't expect a flame broiled taste. If you're going to use this for chicken, fish, kabobs, hotdogs for the kids, I would recommend it. If you're looking to cook hamburgers or steaks, use a regular propane or charcoal BBQ grill when possible. This is also a nice alternative if you live in a condo or apartment and can't use a regular BBQ, Although the smaller grills may be better for this type of situation. You need a bit of room for the Big George.
Also there is condensation from the lid. I couldn't imagine using this indoors unless you lay out a bunch of towels, it's better for outdoors.

Update July 23, 2007. I REALLY like this grill, my original review was really inadequate because I didn't use it enough. I'm using it more than I thought I would. Just discovered today I can cook bacon with this!!!! I know I shouldn't be so excited, but I am! I would have paid double the amount for the grill just for the way it cooks bacon. No more messy cleanups on my ceramic top stove. No more grease splatter on my kitchen floor and walls. No more having my house smell like bacon all day when using outdoors. The lid keeps the splatter inside the grill and the drip pan conveniently keeps the drippings in check. Now my family can have bacon for breakfast, salads, and burgers with very little mess! I also made blackened fish with the grill and it was better than when made in the usual frying pan.

It's sooo easy to clean. My dishwasher has a nice feature where the water is connected to both the bottom and top shelves. I just disassembled the no stick surface from the grill and electric control and put it in the dishwasher. (I wouldn't recommend doing this with a regular water in one section only dishwasher, the rest of the dishes may not clean properly because of the large surface area of the grill. I couldn't have done this with my old dishwasher.) It cleans beautifully. Placed the lid in the dishwasher tonight, it cleans wonderfully too. That was a factor in my purchase as well, I HATE washing anything by hand, so this fits the bill.

After using this grill for a week, I am much more impressed. I had to raise my rating one up to "excellent" because I'm not sure what I would do without the grill now. Still would not use for hamburgers or steak, but it has so many advantages over a skillet on the stove!
