Don't do it!!!

Pros: Good concept - if it would work!!

I highly recommend that you DO NOT buy the Gladiator. We purchased ours about 18 months ago. The repairmen have been to our home 7 times and replaced 4 parts. We are no longer storing food in the freezer, because it is unreliable. The unit stops running periodically and all of the food totally defrosts. It is also very loud at time. When I realized what was happening, I removed all food and started checking it every time I walk past it. We even bought an extended warranty for the unit and Sears refuses to replace it with a new one. Everytime I call Sears, I get a different story about what their "lemon policy" is. The concept of this unit was great for our needs - as a second refrigerator - but what a waste of time and money. We have both had it with this unit!!!
