We got this in April 2004 and it stopped working by early October 2004. Since it was under warranty I called Haier and they gave me a list of appliance repair centers that take care of warrantee fixes for them. I called the three places they gave and none of them said they service Haier. They also gave me one wrong number. I had to call Haier back to get the contact info for service centers a little further away, this alone was like pulling teeth because they insisted they already gave me all the ones near me. I finally got some more contact numbers and most of them again did not service Haier or refused to drive the 20 miles to my place. I finally got one service center (out of sympathy) to service me even though I was out of his range distancewise. The fuse was blown which explained the fact that the drum turned but no heat. The repairman is currently having a really hard time getting a replacement fuse from Haier so it's still broken. My landlord picked this machine because it's the only one small enough to fit in our apartment. I love nothing about it because it currently doesn't work!
