Haier Headache

This machine was broken out of the box. Haier assured me that they don't ship bad machines but I've had this thing since March and I've used it maybe a total of 3 months out of 9. The rest of the time it's broken, waiting for parts, etc. I got no response from Haier's USA website, until I filed an email complaint to the China Division who forwarded it to the New York division. They have been extremely helpful ever since, but the machine is not worth the money and headaches. I've had to have 4 different parts put on it and it's a new machine.

I love the way it washes, then dries. Wrinkles the clothes alot, but I use the Downy Wrinkle Reducer stuff and the wrinkles aren't nearly as noticeable. Easy to adapt to a kitchen faucet with the right adapter. Easy to roll around on the wheels, but one of the wheels has broken or something now. After replacing the heating element, the machine has been working great. However, it's only been 2 months since that occured. I miss my Kenmore set very much!

This machine was very quiet at first. Now it makes a weird buzzing noise. Not sure what is wrong now, but it's still working fine so I'm not going to complain about the noise too much.

If you get a machine that works without problems, then this is a great addition. But chances of that happening seem pretty slim.

I think this model is still in infancy stage and thus they are still working out the bugs.
