Author's Review

Hennessey VSOP cognac is not my first introduction to cognac, but it is my favorite.

Its bouquet is stimulating to the nostrils and its appearance satisfies they eyes.

Much can be learned about this very special, old and pale cognac, but you already knew that didn't you. If your budget can afford this fine nectar, then I say go ahead and indulge. However, I do stress that this is not to be mixed or consumed by the ml either. It goes fine in a snifter while reading a good book. Currently I am re-reading "The Brethren" by John Grisham at the time of this review. I think that this is the drink of the judges had they been a little more classy in that book. However you drink it, enjoy the fine subtleties that are interwoven in this fine blend.
