OK, but could be better

As for cleaning, I can't complain. There are a number of cycles to choose from, which is great. We've had the appliance for a little over a year. It's been whisper quiet, until one day it got supper loud in the wash mode of the cycle. I don't know what the answer is as to why it's making so much noise at certain times, but I'm not paying an arm and a leg to have it serviced. I'd say reliability is not that good. I mean it's already broken in a way after only a year. It came with our new home, but I would not purchase one if it were my choice.
