Not happy with this camera's batteries.
Date of Review: Mar 12, 2008
The Bottom Line: I would buy it again but think that Kodak needs to improve their camera batteries so they last longer then 20 pictures.
I did a lot of research before purchasing this camera but could find nothing negative so I bought it. At the time it was priced at around $400.00 and came with a "free printer." There were two batteries included and a charger. I charged the batteries and went to Disney world to take a lot of photos. After I had taken about 20 photos the battery was dead. It takes a long time to charge so I had to go home and sit a wait while the batteries charged. So far I have never been able to take more then 20 pics at a time.. If I ever want to take a picture on impulse...like when a sand hill crane is walking by my house...the battery is dead and I cannot get the pic I want. Another review stated that his/her pics are often blurry. I find if I aim the camera and then take a deep breath and hold it until I snap the pic the pic comes out clear. If I do not hold my breath the pic is blurry. I am impressed at how nice my pics are when I upload them onto the Kodak Easyshare website and then purchase the prints. The posters come out really nice too.
