LG WM2233HW Front loader -Love it so far!

Our 12 Year old GE was on it's last legs and using way too much water ( having a septic tank water usage is a big issue ). A front loader seemed like the way to go. Researched online and watched the sale papers for months..decided on this machine from Home Depot for $799.00 with 10% off. Clothes come out clean smelling, using less product, and LESS WATER! The wash time is just about an hour, if you're in a hurry there's a quick wash cycle for less soiled clothes that takes 30 mins. It runs quiet- had to sit and watch the first time, because I thought there was something wrong. The only issue I have had so far was on the bottom front left corner, there's a drain and a collection compartment- for small items that may be in a pocket or something, anyway you have to open it and carefully pull a drain tube out, remove the plug and let the water drain. I didn't know how much water was going to come out and wasn't prepared..it was probably 2-3 cups. Then I wanted to remove the collection cup and when I did water came pouring out all over the floor. I didn't see any mention of that in the manual.Also I've read reviews about a problem with the washer smelling bad or moldy, I wipe it after each use and leave the door open so it's not an issue. I would definitely recommend this machine and if possible get the dryer. I didn't and I'm wishing I did.
