Author's Review
After using the double snap-n-go with our twins in their infant seats, we transitioned to the Maclaren Twin Techno. It is a dream to maneuver, light and sturdy, and fits easily into the trunk of my sedan. The only other stroller that folds up so compactly is the Jeep side-by-side by Kolcraft, but it is cheap material, is even heavier, and tips over easily. We use a Skip Hop Double Duo diaper bag on the handles and no instances of instability or tipping. It comes with cup/bottle holders you can snap to the back of the stroller, but we like hanging the diaper bag on back better. There is no snack tray, but we usually use our Snack Traps anyway.
The stroller is very easy to push, and comfortable for both me (5 ft 3 in) and my husband (6 ft 3 in). Our twins enjoy riding side-by-side and often hold hands as we go exploring. We often walk to the grocery store to pick up milk and I am able to store 3 cartons of milk and 20 jars of baby food in the under seat storage. If the seats are fully reclined, it is difficult to access the storage basket. We take it walking as well as to the grocery store and shopping mall. Sometimes it is difficult to get through aisles in the shopping mall because the clothing racks are too close together, but I have never encountered a doorway that I could not get through.
We never needed to use the foot muffs or the rain cover that was included with the stroller.
The only complaint is that the canopy does not provide full sun shading, so we bought a protect-a-bub sunshade. Also, one of the snap buttons on the seat covers doesn't seem to snap anymore, and this is just after 13 months of use. It is out of warranty now, and when I looked into buying a replacement seat cover, it was almost $80, bummer.
