Poor build quality

We purchased this Maytag unit to replace an old (20 years), leaky and power hungry one. The delivery/installation of the fridge was terrible and we've had five (5) service calls in under five (5) months.
Problem(s) that required service call:
(1) Defective seal around top door; would not retract and make contact with fridge.
(2) Defective damper door #1. Loud grinding noises; top storage not being cooled.
(3) Defective damper door #2. Medium grinding noises (after running silently for 2 weeks); top storage not as cold as should be.
(4) Reposition compressor & pipes. Loud popping noises and
extra long duty cycle time. Told that second damper door was
"within specification"!
(5) Replace damper door #3. Extremely loud grinding and mechanical noises.
Problems we had to fix ourselves:
(1) Door handle not aligned; installed incorrectly. This was the delivery/installation person's doing.
(2) Stripped philips screws on door handles and interior. Maytag/service people claim these cannot be addressed.
If you believe the commercials, then we are the ones keeping that lonely service guy in business! This is our last Maytag appliance.
