Memorex MB2054 (4 Hours) Handheld Digital Voice Recorder

good things:
--> 2-touch, 1-button record; good for car, no messy SW
--> SP-mode fidelity very good, speaker better than many
--> battery are NOT leached when unit not in use!! +++!

A GLITCH, AND MY FIX:
---> after a while, screechy noise appears in recordings
(this is why some some horrible reviews elsewhere)
---> I recorded in SP mode, then(switched/recorded) LP mode,
then (switched/recorded) in SP mode again
---> screechy noise 99% gone!!!

It answers the 2 most important things for me,
battery-leeching, and 1-button record(crucial),
and the price is great, so it's great for me.
