Great car but can't trust the dealer!
Pros:
V6 engine is powerful, great handling, supple ride, comfortable seats, quiet riding, and great looks!
Cons:
Dealer, dealer, dealer!!!
The Bottom Line:
I would highly recommend the car. But only after researching to find a dealer to be honest and capable of servicing the car.

Author's Review
After researching and testing several cars, I ordered a 2006 Mercedes C Class 230 back in December. I was told the car would arrive in mid February. I then received a call from the dealer (Germain Mercedes of Columbus) and was told my salesman left. I met with the new salesman and general manager and found the car on order did not have the memory seats I ordered. They had to reorder the car and I was told the car would arrive 3rd week of March. I also had asked about Pod integration being part of the upgraded sound system and was told by the general manager that all upgraded sound systems came with the Pod integration in cars built after the first of the year.
The car finally arrived April 14th. When I went to pick the car up the dealer did not have the spoiler, trunk cargo net, or the clear bra cover installed. I also found the the Pod integration did not come with the upgraded sound system. The general manager said he didn't recall saying the sound system would come with the Pod integration. I was then told by the salesman I would have to pay $600 to have the Pod integration installed.
The following week I brought the car back to have the clear bra, trunk cargo net, Pod integration kit, and rear spoiler installed.
When I picked up the car I found the spoiler was defective, the clear bra was coming loose at the ends, the trunk net not installed, and they cut the dash installing the Pod integration.
So now more parts are on order and hopefully the saga ends. By the way, this is a great car to drive...handles very well. supple ride, quiet, smooth V6 with power, very comfortable seats, and great to look at in black!
