OUCH!, My wrist hurts! And this thing doesn't help!

Date of Review:  Jan 18, 2000
The Bottom Line: If you do 'TOUCH' typing, have room, and are willing to get 'used to it', it MIGHT help. For most, a wrist rest in a better investment.
Review: I run a network with just over 100 computer users for my company. I often get requests from users for help in relieving wrist pains. In an effort to help them, I purchased two Microsoft 'Natural' Keyboard Elite's.

The first one was given...

Sure, I hate Microsoft but If you have to buy a keyboard, this is it!

Date of Review:  May 26, 2003
The Bottom Line: Just buy it. Your body will thank you later. You can find this thing for just under $30, and it's probably the cheapest investment you can make for ergonomic improvements.
Review: I've owned many keyboards including IBM's classic keyboard with the double plastic cover, alps, mitsumi and everything under the sun?

In the order of my favorite keyboards (most are no longer available), they are Macintosh 2nd generation...

takes getting used to but worth it

Date of Review:  Jan 6, 2001
Review: The Natural Elite keyboard is the most popular ergonomic keyboard out there today. Its also one of the cheapest if you can find a OEM edition (as opposed to the boxed edition). I purchased mine for about $15.

Is it worth buying the Natural...

No complaints unless you happen to get a bad one

Date of Review:  Jul 2, 2007
The Bottom Line: Very nice. I'm only not giving it five stars because the RMA process was so slow and a little cumbersome.
Review: I bought this for use at work, as I was used to split-style keyboards and found them easier on my body. I didn't want to spend a fortune, but I didn't want something cheap that would ever need to be replaced with something better. This was a perfect...

The programmer's choice, even if it is made by Microsoft

Date of Review:  Jul 12, 2001
The Bottom Line: It's comfortable to use, but pretty big and clunky to move around.
Review: Yes, it's easy to poke fun at the sprawling mega-giant known as Microsoft, but I will admit, they do make a few good things. Their "Natural" keyboard is one of them.

When you first get a look at this keyboard after only seeing standard...

Durable Wrist-Saver

Date of Review:  Dec 9, 1999
Review: When the first Natural Keyboard was introduced, I bugged my boss to get me one, as I was just starting to feel the effects of endless days (and nights!) pounding away on conventional keyboards. I resisted the urge to splurge and get myself one; at...

Mine is 7 years old

Date of Review:  Mar 5, 2006
The Bottom Line: Trouble free, chiropractor approved, sleek
Review: Yeh, I'm not a Microsoft fan either, but their forays into hardware seem to be pretty good. This keyboard was offered in 1999 with my Dell 450 MHz PIII.

This is the one I have:...

Speed AND Comfort!

Date of Review:  Dec 15, 1999
Review: I just hated my old keyboard; It cramped my hands and slowed down my typing. As a student I needed to be able to comfortably type papers 30 minutes before they were due, and the Microsoft Natural Elite has been the solution.

Some people...

All keyboards should be made this way...

Date of Review:  Mar 24, 2000
Review: I find it amusing how many people have an aversion to "split" keyboards such as this one. I actually got mine free when my boss hated it so much (it came with a new system) that he gave it to me and bought another "standard" keyboard instead. Very...

A great keyboard....naturally

Date of Review:  Oct 14, 2000
Review: Ok, so Microsoft is a huge heartless monopoly, but you've gotta hand it to them: they know their input devices. When I bought a new computer earlier this year, I decided to spend a little extra to get the Natural Elite. Several people had told me...
